Our midweek service has been cancelled due to an increase of sick members. Pray for each other and we'll let you know here and on Facebook about our plans for Fifth Sunday (January 30th). As of now, we do not plan on having the usual lunch in the fellowship hall that day, but services are still TBD.

We are excited to announce that we have called Bro. Tony Williams to be our pastor! Check Facebook for more info on him and his family.

Sunday, January 16th, Bro. Tony Williams will be coming in view of a call. We will have regular morning service, followed by lunch, and then the second service immediately after. There will be an opportunity for Q+A after Bro. Tony's afternoon message. If you want a copy of the questionnaire sent to him, please see Tommy Talley or another member of the Pulpit Committee. 

Our Thanksgiving Food Distribution Drive-Thru will begin 10am in the church parking lot. It is best to arrive early since we will be giving until we run out of goods. Guests will enter the parking lot by the church sign and exit through the other end near the parsonage.

We will be hosting a Thanksgiving Food-Drive and need donations to buy non-perishable items. We will also need boxes to distribute the items in. If you have anything to donate, please see Tammy Talley or Toni Borden ASAP. 

This Saturday, September 18th, we will be hosting a gathering at Village Creek State Park from 3pm to 6pm. There will be food, games, and great fellowship! Check our Facebook page for updates and feel free to ask questions if you need more information. Hope to see you there!

Bro. Jeff Neeley will be preaching our services at our normal times of 11am and 5pm on April 4th. We plan on having our Sunrise Service that morning (time TBD).

Our first preacher coming in view of a call will be Bro. Dillon Sowrheaver. He will be preaching Sunday, March 28th (both services with noon fellowship).

Bro. Grace's services will be Saturday, February 27th, at Union Avenue Baptist Church (1424 Martin Dr. Wynne, AR 72396).  Visitation will be at 1pm and the funeral service will be at 2pm. Burial will take place at Loughridge Cemetery in Colt. You will also be able to stream the service on Union Avenue's and Thompson Wilson Funeral Home's Facebook pages.

One of our faithful members for many years, Clara Coleman, has passed away. Her services will be graveside on Friday, February 26th at 2pm at Salem Methodist Church in Lee County. Our prayers go out to her family and ask that you remember them in your prayers as well.

Bro. Kenny has resigned as New Prospect's pastor so we will be in search of a new pastor from today on. We love Bro. Kenny and Sis. Renita and pray that they will continue to do God's Will wherever He leads them next. Sunday, February 28, Bro. Dennis Holmes will be filling-in for us. We will continue to have LIVE services on FB.

We will be having our "Fifth Sunday Singing" gathering Sunday, January 31st.

There will be a potluck lunch in the Fellowship Hall right after our morning service. To protect our membership and guests, we ask that all who attend wear a mask except when eating and continue to practice social-distancing.

Team Kid returns! Bring your kids every Wednesday Night at 6:30pm for fun-filled lessons tailored for them in our Fellowship Hall next to the church building.

Sunday, December 6, we will have normal services at New Prospect with Bro. Kenny preaching from home. Wednesday, December 9, we will have our midweek service at 7PM ONLINE-ONLY.

We will be doing Poinsettias for the church this Christmas in memory or in honor of someone. If you would like to purchase one or more, please contact Junior Milton or Tammy Talley for more information.

We will be having our annual Harvest Party this Saturday, October 24th, at 4pm.

Bro. Buddy and Sis. Toni Borden are hosting the party at their home near the church. They are the first driveway on the left down the road by our church sign.

Thank you for making our Easter Sunday Drive-in Service a success! Next Sunday, April 19th, we plan on having another drive-in service.

In addition to our regular FB LIVE streaming, will now have drive-in services on Sundays, 10AM and 5PM. Feel free to bring a lawn chair if you would like to sit outside your vehicle, but practice social-distancing.

We ask that all arrive at least 30 minutes early so that our members can direct you on where to park.

The Ark Encounter trip planned for this month has been cancelled until further notice. The Arkansas Youth Conference, scheduled for April, is also cancelled.

If either event is rescheduled, members will be notified.

New Prospect will not have corporate worship for the next 2 weeks due to the Coronavirus and by request of our Government Officials. Our men will meet again at the end of the 2 weeks to determine if we can resume March 29th.
